New clinic brings advanced PET & SPECT CT to Auckland

We are excited to announce our new flagship clinic at 99 Remuera Road will be opening it’s doors to patients from late August 2025. This purpose-built facility represents a major investment in the future of diagnostic imaging in Auckland, designed to meet growing demand and deliver faster, more personalised care.

The new clinic is twice the size of our previous site at 101 Remuera Rd and has been thoughtfully designed with patients and the community’s needs at its heart. It will offer a full suite of imaging services including MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and interventional radiology, alongside Auckland’s most advanced PET-CT and SPECT-CT scanners.

The new scanners will enable earlier detection of complex conditions and support innovative treatments such as theranostics, which combines diagnosis and therapy in a single procedure. This means patients can benefit from faster answers and more targeted care, improving outcomes and reducing delays in treatment.

ARG has been serving Aucklanders since 1936 and continues to evolve to meet the needs of the community. The Remuera clinic will be staffed by a team of experienced radiologists and clinical professionals, including subspecialists in key areas of care, supported by 50 employees.

The opening of 99 Remuera Road marks a new chapter in ARG’s history – one that puts patients first and brings world-class imaging technology to the heart of Auckland.
